Cancellation Policy

The Integrative Somatic Healing Institute is committed to providing exceptional, inclusive, and accessible professional development experiences for all participants. The following cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and accommodation for a diverse range of learners.

  • Participant Cancellations
    – Participants may cancel their registration for a professional development activity up to 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
    – Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    – No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.
    – All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@integrativesomatichealing.org.
    – All online coursework is offered with a 30 day money back guarantee! If learners are dissatisfied with the content, they can email support@integrativesomatichealing.org to initiate a full refund.
    – Participants may also apply their registration fee towards a credit for future coursework.
  • Provider Cancellations
    In the unlikely event that the provider cancels a professional development activity, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future offering.

Accessibility and Accommodations

We are committed to ensuring accessibility for all learners. Participants requiring accommodations due to a disability or special need are encouraged to contact us at their earliest convenience. Requests for accommodations can be submitted through the registration form or by emailing support@integrativesomatichealing.org.

All accommodation requests will be reviewed promptly and handled in a manner that maintains confidentiality and supports the participant’s full access to the learning environment.
