Hands-on techniques include pelvic balancing, myofascial release, rebozo mobilization, sacral decompression, and positional protocols to encourage optimal fetal positioning. You’ll also learn to cue breath-led movement and develop trauma-informed communication strategies to hold safe, empowering space for your clients. Ayurvedic insights are woven throughout the training, introducing supportive prenatal routines, oil therapies, and subtle bodywork to nourish both the birther and baby.
